Music and Worship

The purpose of Rowland Springs' Music and Worship Ministry is to lead our church in dynamic, engaging, and participatory worship that encourages them in their walk with Christ. Every Sunday we gather together for a time of corporate worship--all of us together expressing our love, admiration, and affection for our Lord. Romans 12:1 says "Because of God's great mercy to us...Offer yourselves as a living sacrifice to God, dedicated to His service and pleasing to Him. This is the true worship that you should offer." Worship can be anything you do that pleases God. Many people think that worship is attending the "worship service" and doing the singing, listening to the message, giving, and reading Scripture. Worship can be all of those activities if it is an outpouring of your heart to God.

Of course, a great way to worship is through music. Each Sunday and on special occasions, our music and worship ministry lead us in worship with great music. Our music and worship ministry has many opportunities for you to participate in so you can offer your worship to God through music.

Our Celebration Choir is the backbone of all we are and do as a ministry. It is more than a rehearsal – it is a worship time. Come join us! The Celebration Choir leads us each week in worship. In addition to leading in worship each Sunday, the Choir is featured in many special events including concerts and musicals throughout the year. Rehearsal: Wednesdays 7:00 pm
