Preschool Ministry

Preschool Mission Statement

“It is the mission of the Preschool Department of Rowland Springs to make Christ known to our children in a secure and loving environment, where they can eventually come to salvation and grow to be strong Christians. The Preschool Department also exists to encourage the active participation of parents in Worship, Bible study, fellowship, and personal spiritual development.”

The Preschool area is open during all church services and is available for birth – 4 year olds.

Sunday School

• Preschool Sunday School for birth – kindergarten begins at 9:30 each Sunday Morning.
• Preschool children are taught basic concepts about God through hands on activities and stories.

Extended Session

• Extended session begins immediately after Sunday School for birth – 4 years old.
• Extended session allows parents to attend worship.
• During extended session the children continue to learn about God through crafts and hands on activities.

Little Kid’s Time

• Sunday evenings at 5:00.
• Little Kid’s Time is for 3 – 5 years old.
• Each lesson used comes from the series “My God and Me.”

Mission Friends

• Wednesday nights at 6:30.
• Mission Friends is for children 4 – 5 years old.
• The children learn about missions through stories and crafts.
